4. Bookings and availability
Bookings are prepaid and subject to availability and confirmation. The intended booking model is Calendly for scheduling and Stripe for payment. Requested appointment times are not guaranteed until confirmed.
We may message you to clarify site access, the correct service type, safety issues or appointment details.
You are responsible for ensuring that a responsible person is available on site, appliances and relevant areas are accessible, and any known faults or safety concerns are disclosed before the visit.
5. Paid WhatsApp video diagnosis calls
Paid WhatsApp video diagnosis calls are standalone remote guidance services. The fee is not deductible from future inspection, certification, emergency attendance, remedial work or any other service.
Remote guidance is based only on the information, images and video you provide. It is not a gas safety inspection, not a certificate, not a repair and not confirmation that equipment, premises or an installation is safe to use.
6. Prices and payment
Published prices are shown on the website and may vary if additional work, extra appliances, remedial work, parts, repeat visits, out-of-area travel, parking or congestion charges apply. Any additional charge should be explained before additional paid work is carried out.
Where online prepayment is used, payment is taken to secure the selected service or booking request. Card payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider.
7. Certification outcome
A certificate can only be issued where the relevant checks are completed and the installation or equipment meets the required safety standard. If an issue is found, we may provide a report, safety advice or recommendations instead of issuing a certificate.
We do not guarantee that a certificate will be issued before an inspection has been completed.
8. Cancellations, refunds and changes
Cancellation, refund and appointment change terms are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. If there is a conflict between this section and that policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
9. Emergency work
Emergency support is subject to engineer availability. Emergency attendance may focus on diagnosis, making safe, isolation and advice. Further remedial work or parts may require a separate appointment or quote.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information provided by you, inaccessible equipment, pre-existing faults, third-party systems, or delays outside our reasonable control.
Business customers are responsible for maintaining their own compliance records, insurance, safe operating procedures and ongoing equipment maintenance.
